2. What Avante People provides
Avante People provides recruiting and talent-matching services. Website content is provided for general information and to allow companies and candidates to express interest in our services. Submitting a form, joining the Talent Network or communicating with us does not by itself create an employment relationship, agency relationship, client engagement or guarantee of any placement, interview, candidate introduction or hire.
3. Candidate submissions
If you submit a candidate profile, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your resume, professional history, qualifications, compensation expectations and other submitted information. Joining the Talent Network does not guarantee that we will contact you or present you for an opportunity.
4. Employers and hiring decisions
Employers are responsible for their own interviewing, due diligence, classification, hiring, contracting, compensation, tax, immigration, employment-law and other decisions. Unless separately agreed in writing, Avante People acts as a recruiting partner and does not employ candidates introduced to clients. A hiring or contractor relationship is established directly between the hiring company and the selected professional.
5. Website information
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but recruiting timelines, compensation examples, talent availability and other market information can vary. Any pricing, guarantee or timeline described on the website is subject to applicable engagement terms and does not override a signed agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate law; submit information you do not have the right to provide; impersonate another person or organization; interfere with the website’s security or operation; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the website at scale without authorization; or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

13. Applicable agreements and law
If you enter into a separate written agreement with Avante People, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict concerning the services covered by it. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions for a client engagement should be stated in that signed agreement. These website Terms otherwise apply subject to mandatory laws that cannot lawfully be waived.
