Joining the Talent Network does not mean your profile will automatically be sent to every client. When we identify a potentially relevant opportunity, we may use your information to evaluate the match and communicate with you. Where appropriate for the recruiting process, candidate information may be shared with a prospective employer or client considering the candidate for an opportunity. We aim to share information that is reasonably relevant to that recruiting purpose.
5. Legal bases and consent
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we may rely on your consent, steps taken at your request in connection with recruiting opportunities, our legitimate interests in operating a recruiting business, compliance with legal obligations, or other bases permitted by applicable law.
