You make the hiring decisionOnce you've selected your preferred professional, we help move the process forward. If you need support or guidance with contracts, we'll help you navigate that process too.
Contract guidance availableOnce you hire, Avante People charges one flat success fee equal to 10% of the professional's first-year base salary. There are no retainers or additional Avante recruiting fees. Your hire then receives a 12-month replacement guarantee, with replacement searches available as needed during the covered period under the terms of your signed client agreement.
